Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook authentic Indian breads from scratch. We’ll share our knowledge of the various techniques used and recommend the best dishes to eat them with. No prior knowledge is required just bring yourself, an apron and some containers to take home your delicious creations. Everyone will have their own workstation and set of ingredients. We will guide you through the cooking process by cooking alongside you with a live video feed to keep you on track. We’ll also demonstrate two delicious curry’s to dip your breads into and send you away with a set of recipes to try at home.

Places are strictly limited and must be paid in advance. You can book your place using a credit or debit card. Tickets are £55 per person. This course is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
