£55Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook two authentic dishes from the Sri Lankan highlands: Uru Mas Curry, a country style pork curry with goraka and pandan leaf; and a seasonal vegetable curry with coconut milk. We’ll also demonstrate how to make hoppers, rice flour pancakes.
