Taste of the Sri Lankan highlands – hands on class

£55Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook two authentic homestyle dishes from the Sri Lankan highlands: Uru Mas Curry, a country style pork curry with goraka and pandan leaf; and a seasonal vegetable curry with coconut milk. We’ll also demonstrate how to make hoppers, rice flour pancakes.
Places are strictly limited and must be purchased in advance. You can book your place using a credit or debit card. Tickets are £55 per person. This course is not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
