Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook a traditional layered biryani from scratch. No pastes or ready made sauces just aromatic spices, great produce, traditional recipes and straightforward techniques. No prior knowledge is required just bring yourself, an apron and some containers to take home your delicious curry, side and rice. Everyone will have their own workstation and set of ingredients. We will guide you through the cooking process, the spices and techniques by cooking alongside you with a live video feed to keep you on track. Tickets and more details will be available soon.
