Join us at Tarland Food and Music Festival 2025

We will make two vegetarian dishes one from Kashmir in the Indian Himalaya and a second from Kerala on the southwest coast of India. We will talk about the spices and how the trading routes over centuries have influenced the style of cuisine in the different regions of India. Enjoy some taster pots of the dishes we will make for you and take home recipes for thedishes  so you can try them at home. We will have available our recipe book and some spice kits for purchase.
