Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook authentic cusine from Sri Lanka. We’ll share our knowledge of the spices and techniques used in Sri Lanka and how the dishes originated. No prior knowledge is required just bring yourself, an apron and some containers to take home your delicious creations. Everyone will have their own workstation and set of ingredients. We will guide you through the cooking process by cooking alongside you with a live video feed to keep you on track.

Places are strictly limited and must be paid in advance. You can book your place using a credit or debit card. Tickets are £50-55 per person  and we’ll help you cook a classic Sri Lankan chicken or vegetable curry and a delicious coconut dal. This course can be made suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
