Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook authentic Parsi cusine from Mumbai. We’ll share our knowledge of the spices and techniques used in Parsi food and how the dishes originated. No prior knowledge is required just bring yourself, an apron and some containers to take home your delicious creations. Everyone will have their own workstation and set of ingredients. We will guide you through the cooking process by cooking alongside you with a live video feed to keep you on track.

Places are strictly limited and must be paid in advance. You can book your place using a credit or debit card. Tickets are £50-60 per person  and we’ll help you cook a classic Parsi Dhansak with chicken, prawns or vegetables and spiced rice. This course is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
