Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economic Department. You will learn to cook authentic regional Indian cuisine from scratch. No pastes or ready made sauces just aromatic spices, great produce, traditional recipes and straightforward techniques. No prior knowledge is required just bring yourself, an apron and some containers to take home your delicious curry, rice and naan. Everyone will have their own workstation and set of ingredients. We will guide you through the cooking process, the spices and techniques by cooking alongside you with a live video feed. 

Places are strictly limited to 12 persons and must be paid in advance. You can book a place  using a credit or debit card. Tickets are £50 per person  and we’ll help you cook a classic North Indian chicken curry, a pilau and some naan. We’ll also send you home with a spice kit to practise at home and make a delicious dal.
