The Coromandel Coast – hands on class

£60Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook two authentic dishes from Tamil Nadu in South East India home of Chennai, formally known as Madras this is the Coromandel Coast. We will make a traditional Fish Madras and a mixed vegetable Thoran side dish. No prior knowledge is required just bring yourself, an apron and some containers to take home your delicious creations. Everyone will have their own workstation and set of ingredients. We will guide you through the cooking process by cooking alongside you with a live video feed to keep you on track.
Places are strictly limited and must be purchased in advance. You can book your place using a credit or debit card. Tickets are £60 per person. This course is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
